Business Development Executive & Digital Creative
MIS graduate who drives growth through data, strategy, and design. Two promotions in six months. Four live digital products. One published research paper.
I'm a Business Development Executive and MIS graduate from East West University, Dhaka. I started my career as a Social Media Executive and earned two promotions in six months — not by waiting, but by delivering results that were hard to ignore.
At Twinforce Solution Ltd., I've been part of building things from scratch — closing the deals that grew the team, building the dashboards that saved hours of work, and launching the products that opened new revenue streams. I like being in the room where decisions happen and I like having the data to back them up.
Outside of the business side, I design. Four live websites and digital products carry my work — from UI to user experience. I've always believed that good business thinking and good design belong together.
A mix of business strategy, creative execution, and technical know-how — built through real work, not just coursework.
From Social Media Executive to Business Development in 6 months — every step backed by measurable results.

This research investigates the structural and behavioral factors behind Bangladesh's graduate unemployment paradox — where university graduates face a 13.5% unemployment rate, over 10x higher than those with no formal education. Through a survey of 260 graduates, the study examines skills mismatch, curriculum gaps, preference for government jobs, and the failure of internship programs, and proposes evidence-based recommendations for universities, policymakers, and the private sector.
Whether it's a job opportunity, a project collaboration, or just a conversation — I'd love to hear from you. I'm currently open to full-time roles in marketing, business development, or creative media.
